1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: All orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Business Hours: Please note that orders are exclusively processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Delivery Timelines & Safe Transit
- Estimated Delivery: Standard delivery typically requires between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your specific location and regional courier operations.
- Specialized Handling: Because our premium fragrances are delicate and contain high-quality, alcohol-based ingredients, they are strictly shipped via approved transport methods to comply with safety regulations and ensure a pristine arrival.
3. Shipping Rates & Fees
- Calculated Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact delivery destination and the total weight of your curated items.
- Complimentary Shipping: Zyovel may offer complimentary shipping on orders exceeding a designated value. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Dispatch Notification: The moment your order is handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a formal dispatch confirmation email. This communication will contain your unique tracking number and a secure link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
5. Address Accuracy & Modifications
- Client Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is completely accurate and comprehensive.
- Address Corrections: If you discover an error in your shipping details, you must contact our team immediately. Once an order has been finalized and dispatched from our facility, we are strictly unable to modify the delivery address, reroute the parcel, or cancel the shipment.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Parcels
- Transit Liability: While we entrust our deliveries to highly reliable courier partners, Zyovel cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after the courier has officially marked them as successfully delivered to the provided address.
- Damages Upon Arrival: As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, if your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. A continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the sealed exterior box being opened is strictly mandatory to process any claims for transit damage.
